Reservations
Reservations are highly recommended for Fridays and Saturdays.
Regardless of the days we are open, we kindly ask that parties of 5 or more make a reservation in advance so we can prepare a comfortable and enjoyable experience for your group.
If you or your guests have any dietary needs or food allergies, please let us know at the time of booking. Advance notice is required for allergy accommodations so we can prepare safely and thoughtfully.
We do our best to keep gluten-free and vegetarian options available; however, availability may vary.

Book Private Parties
Host your special gathering in our tea room! The Timeless Teacup has a cozy, beautiful ambiance for your next celebration. We’ve hosted Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties and Just For Fun Events. We can comfortably handle approximately 28-30 attendees for a seated event with a minimum of 15 for a Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. For Wednesday-Saturdays bookings, we would first need to confirm that there are no existing reservations for the requested date. This should generally not be an issue if you are reaching out one to two months in advance.
1. We require a $100 non-refundable reservation fee for securing your private space on the date requested.
2. We offer two options to create a seamless and memorable experience. Each guest simply selects one of our two thoughtfully prepared offerings, the Regal Afternoon Tea ($55/person) or the La Petite Afternoon Tea ($32.25/person). You can scroll down to the menu section of our website www.timelesstecup.com to find what is included with each of the aforementioned menu items.
3. Please note that for Gluten Free and Vegan options, there’s an extra $6 additional charge per person. These prices do not include tax or gratuity.
4. The organizer of the event chooses a 5 hot tea menu from our hot tea selection, which can be found on our website.
5. Final guest count along with any special dietary requirements and the 5 tea menu must be confirmed two weeks in advance to ensure proper preparation and service.
6. To support planning and ingredient sourcing, we require preordering the menu selections along with a 50% advance payment (at the time of confirmation of final guest count), with the remaining balance due at the time of your event.
7. Once the order goes in, we can not refund any cancellations, however, we will box up the food for those cancelation(s) for the point of contact or their representative.
8. For private parties, we ask that the group designate one point of contact who will be responsible for all payment transactions. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient checkout for everyone.
We’ve had people bring cloth napkins, cloth table cloths, photo backdrops, banners and the like. We can move tables around to suit your needs. If you'd like (I highly encourage this) someone from your group to swing by and check out the space.
